Tip for steelseries arctis (any version) users:
If the windows thing does not work, do not freak out. It is probably the cable that is kinda loose. Try to take of your headphones and push the cable a little further into the left speaker and it will probably work.

It works on my school laptop but not on my pc

i have the hyperX cloud wireless headsett and i plugged inn the mic in a different spot AND NOW I CAN ONLY HEAR FROM ONE EAR, im not shure if i broke it..

idk dude i tried that and it didnt work and idk if its my headphones but they dont work on my phone either

I plugged out the headphones, disabled and enabled my head phones, then i renamed it "Headphones", plugged it in and it now works yay

It isnt an issue with my headphones because i used two already and its always equal in sounds but the other is the only that works

I looked at the wire where is goes into my PC and I realize there not even in properly…

i can only hear in one ear but when i put push my headphones in more if works but when i let go it goes back to only one ear

hey mate, my headphones are fine on my phone but have only ever worked in one ear on the computer, tried other headphones same thing, so i need to get computer fixed? very annoying, thanks
